Why Water Wells Matter
We are incredibly fortunate in the modern Western world to have access to water whenever we want it. We often take this for granted. In many villages in India, people must walk long distances for water, which is often polluted and unsafe. Clean water changes lives.
Our Water Ministry
Sanctuary Ministries drills water wells near village churches to provide clean water and build relationships with the communities. The water is free to all, and is used as a tool for the local preachers to interact with people and share God's word.
Impact and Cost
It takes about $1400-1600 to drill one well in this area. Often, just one well provides safe water for an entire village.
